This luggage rack is made for the Indian Scout Bobber. It bolts onto the fender bolts and is extremely strong. Made from polyethelene plastic. It is black through out and can not rot or rust. It has holes everywher making it esay to use bungee cords to tie things down. The bobber is a beautiful sporty muscle bike. Bags don't really fit the style.
